The TPDIN-SC48-20 is a MPPT Solar Charge Controller with Integrated Remote Power Monitoring TPDIN™ technology and 7 Port Passive Gigabit PoE Switch. This switch can be used with our RemotePro™ Solar Systems as well as our UPSPro™ Battery Backup Systems. The web interface has full capabilities to measure and log battery voltage, battery current, input current, load current and battery temperature. Ports can be controlled by a settable ping watchdog to power cycle the port if communications to the unit are interrupted. Auxiliary port can be controlled by voltage or temperature or time so it can be programmed to control lights, pumps, generators, heaters, fans, etc. The unit supports automated Email alerts if user programmed limits are exceeded so that the user can be alerted in case of developing problems at the site.

The EZ-Bridge®-LT2+ is a high power outdoor 250mW wireless bridge system operating in the 2.4GHz unlicensed frequency spectrum providing real world thruput up to 100Mb/sec. It complies with the 802.11bgn standards to insure interoperability. The EZ-Bridge®-LT2+ creates a transparent wireless bridge between two networks up to 3 miles apart with good line of sight. It supports multiple MAC addresses and DHCP across the wireless link. First calculate the total watts required for your equipment. Let’s assume 50W.
Let’s assume your equipment will run 24hrs per day. 50W x 24hrs = 1200Wh ; so each day you are consuming 1200W Figure out your worst case winter sun in your area; let’s assume it’s 3hrs peak sun per day. So with 3hrs of sun you need to generate 1200W of power 1200W per day equipment load / 3hrs sun per day = 400W of solar panels *** This is the absolute minimum amount of solar you would require. With solar it’s always a good rule of thumb to add at least 20% additional capacity, so the recommended would be 500W minimum of solar panel capacity to support 50W equipment load with 3hrs of sun per day. The RPSTL RemotePro™ series outdoor power systems are designed for applications that require a primary off-grid power source to run various equipment. The vented weatherproof enclosures have generous space available inside for mounting customer equipment. A 19” 1U rackmount feature is integral to the enclosure as are multiple DIN Rail mounts. All enclosures are hinged and gasket sealed with locking latches for security. The latches can be locked using a standard customer supplied padlock. The enclosures can be mounted to a wall or pole with the included mounting bracket system. Poles up to 11” diameter can be accommodated. The high quality solar panels have a 25year power output guarantee. The 320W panel can be mounted to a pole or wall with the included side-of-pole mounting system. The 12V and 24V battery systems come with a 20A PWM solar controller. Enclosures have three cable gland ports for CAT5 cable, antenna cables/connectors or other cabling. The enclosures include a thermostatically controlled fan which turns on automatically when the temperature exceeds 45°C. Batteries are a Non-Spillable Valve Regulated Sealed Lead Acid Advance Glass Matt (AGM) type which have excellent temperature and deep discharge performance. Expected battery life exceeds 5years. The systems come with all cabling required to connect the batteries to the controller and 20’ outdoor rated cable to connect the solar panels to the controller.
