If you ever need to return or exchange any of our products, please follow along. 1.) If you purchased directly through Tycon Systems: a.) Find the serial number of your product b.) Locate the order number/invoice number c.) Read through our RMA Policy d.) Email [email protected] 2.) If you purchases through one of our distributors: a.) Contact your distributor, let them know the issue and find out their return policy. b.) They will need to contact us, with their order number (we gave them). **Note: if you call us first, we will have you contact your distributor. c.) Make sure you give them the serial number on your product. 3.) If you need an advanced replacement: a.) Although we do not charge your credit card right away, we will need a credit card number in case we do not receive the damaged/defective product. If you have any questions, please review our policy and then send us an email.
