Tycon Power Systems’ RPPL1212-36-30 is used to power 2 13W LED lights and a 12V photocell which allows the lights to operate. Our RPPL1212-36-30 is an 8W Continuous Power system with 6 hrs peak sun. 12V 36Ah Battery, 12VDC 15W (unregulated) wire terminal and 12V 18W (unregulated) PoE output. Polycarbonate Enclosure.
Hold down the reset button while powering up the TPDIN-Monitor-WEB and hold for 15seconds. Release reset button.
The unit should be back to factory defaults.
Note: Resetting to factory defaults doesn't affect the IP address settings.

If there is a "G" in our part number, that device is Gigabit
If there is a "D" in our part number, that device is 802.3af/at compliant.
The TP-SW5G-D Power Over Ethernet (PoE) 10/100/1000Mb switch offered by Tycon Power Systems is a fully automatic high speed 5 port Ethernet switch with up to 35 Watts of PoE power per port. It complies with the IEEE802.3af/at specifications for valid PoE device detection.

1.) If you purchased directly through Tycon Systems:
a.) Find the serial number of your product
b.) Locate the order number/invoice number
c.) Read through our RMA Policy

2.) If you purchases through one of our distributors:
a.) Contact your distributor, let them know the issue and find out their return policy.
b.) They will need to contact us, with their order number (we gave them).
**Note: if you call us first, we will have you contact your distributor.
c.) Make sure you give them the serial number on your product.
3.) If you need an advanced replacement:
a.) Although we do not charge your credit card right away, we will need a credit card number in case we do not receive the damaged/defective product.
