June 12, 2013 – Bluffdale, Utah – Tycon Power Systems Announces The Release Of Its New 50W 24VDC with 48V POE Off-Grid RemotePro™ Remote Power System.
“The new RPST2448-100-240 provides 50W continuous power with 5-6 hrs of sun per day. It provides 24VDC and 48VDC POE outputs for surveillance and wireless applications. Two different voltage POE devices can be powered directly or more devices if a POE Switch is added to the system” said Scott Parsons, CEO.
The RPST2448-100-240 24VDC, 48V POE system comes with a dual charge solar/POE controller with 802.3af/ 802.3at compatible, passive 48V POE output and a secondary wire terminal output with 24VDC. The controllers provide load control to make sure the batteries aren’t over discharged.
The systems come complete with all hardware and wiring required for a pole or wall mount installation. The gasketed weatherproof enclosure is power coated plated steel and includes security closures. Systems are also available without batteries to help reduce international shipping costs.
RemotePro™ systems carry a 2 year warranty.
